Ms. Shirley Faye Hays, age 74 of Parsons, TN passed away Thursday, April 19, 2018 at Decatur County Hospital. Ms. Hays was born July 12, 1943 to the late John W. Hays and Jewel Sullivan Hays. She was a retired seamstress with Decaturville Sportswear and a homemaker.Survivors include:Cousins: Betty Moore and Vaughn HammGraveside Service will be held Saturday, April 21, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Duke's Cemetery in Darden, TN with Bro. Vaughn Hamm officiating.
