Mr. Jay C. Johnson, age 71 of Camden, TN passed away March 25, 2018 at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, TN. Mr. Johnson was born August 12, 1946 to the late Elbert Clyde Johnson and Pauline Johnson in Benton County, TN. He was, also preceded in death by two brothers: Elbert C. Johnson, Jr., Robert Samuel Johnson. John Holcomb. Burial will follow in the Eastview Cemetery.Visitation with the Johnson family will be on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM and resume Thursday March 29, 2018 from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM
