Anna Mae Mays

Mrs. Anna Mae Mays, age 79 of Parsons, TN passed away Monday, November 13, 2017 at Decatur County Health Care and Rehab. Mrs. Mays was born September 20, 1938 to the late Elmer Brown Richardson and Rena Adams Richardson in Bath Springs, TN. She was also, preceded in death by her husband: Bevely Mays, one son: Terry Dale Mays, one son-in-law: Steve Jordan. She was an avid gardener, a homemaker and enjoyed fishing and planning next year's garden and flower beds. Survivors include:Sons: Gary(Laurey)Mays of Azel, Texas         John(Carolyn)Mays of Hohenwald, TN         Marty(Angel)Mays of Parsons, TNDaughters: Gail Jordan of Parsons, TN                 Christine Gant of Parsons, TN                 Kathy(Jeff)Melton of Parsons, TNSixteen GrandchildrenFifteen Great GrandchildrenTwo Great Great GrandchildrenFuneral Services will be held Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at 1:00 PM in the Chapel of Oakdale Funeral Home with Bro. Don Franks officiating. Burial will follow at Cross Roada Cemetery.Visitation with the Mays family will be Tuesday, November 14, 2017 from 2:00 PM until 9:00PM and resume on Wednesday at 9:00 AM and continue until service.
