Mr. Jeffrey Bruce MCCart Grubb , age 58 of Parsons, TN passed away Thursday, July 6, 2017 at his residence. Jeffrey was born July 29, 1958 to the late Wayne Crubb and Maude McCart Grubb in Indy, IN. He was also, preceded by a sister: Shirley Phillips. The family chose cremation. Oakdale Funeral Home-Decatur county is in charge of arrangements.
