James Edgar Faircloth

Mr. James Edgar Faircloth, age 86, passed away on July 5, 2017 at Alive Hospice in Nashville, TN. Mr. Faircloth was born on August 29, 1930 in Milton, FL to the late George Faircloth and Etta McBride Faircloth. He was also preceded in death by his first wife: Katie Ezell Faircloth, his second wife: Patsy Hubbs Faircloth, a daughter: Shirley Sutton, four brothers and three sisters. He was a retired Engineer in the U.S. Army. He was also a member of The Faith Christian Fellowship in Camden, Tn. and The VFW. Survivors include: Wife: Shirlee Lassiter Faircloth of Camden, Tn. Sons:  John (Nancy) Sutton of Atlanta, Ga.            David (Cindy) Emerson of Tulsa, OK.            Douglas (Sheila) Emerson of Camden, Tn.            Derek (Allyson) Emerson of New Johnsonville, Tn. Ten Grandchildren Three Great Grandchildren Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 8, 2017 at 2 pm at the Oakdale Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Jerry Colter officiating. Burial will follow in The Chalk Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 8, 2017 from 11 AM until service time at 2 PM.
