After an unexpected illness, Leigh Robertson Gilman, 29 of Charlotte, N.C., formerly of Camden, TN went to be with Jesus on Thursday, November 3, in Charlotte, N.C. Leigh was born April 1, 1987 to David R. Robertson and Katrina J. Kee Robertson of Camden, TN. She was a 2005 graduate of Camden Central High School. Her husband of one and one-half years, James Gilman, was her very best friend, and they served together in the Cru College Ministry in Charlotte, N.C. She was a precious wife, daughter, sister, granddaughter and friend.She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Dennis Kee, and paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Robertson.In addition to her parents and husband, she is survived by her brother, Michael Robertson, and her maternal grandmother, Adelle Kee of Camden, her father and mother-in-law, Tom and Geniese Gilman of Nashville, TN, three uncles, Alan Kee, Jason(Denise)Kee both of Camden, TN, Kyle Kee of Buena Vista, two aunts, Janet (Eric) Popiel, of Texas and Gina Robertson, of Camden; cousins, Christopher, Chelsea, Austin and Maya Popiel, all of Texas, Ashby(Jake)Reed and Charli Baugus, of Camden, Lindsi (Justin) Weed, of Paris and a close knit network of family on both sides that thought the world of her.Funeral Services will be held Thursday, November 10, 2016 at 2:00pm in the chapel of Oakdale Funeral Home in Camden, TN with Doyle Williams and Britton Sharp officiating. Interment will follow at Eastview Cemetery in Camden, TN.Visitation with the Gilman family will be held Wednesday, November 9, 2016 4:00pm until 8:00pm and will resume on Thursday, November 10, 2016 from 9:00am until 2:00pm.
