Mrs. Ruby Mae Case Carter, age 89 of Camden, TN passed away on November 7, 2016 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Huntingdon, TN. Mrs. Carter was born on April 8, 1927 in New Albany, IN to the late Carlton Earl Case and Anna Routt Case. She was, also, preceded in death by her husband: Edmond Sylvester Carter, a brother: George Case, two sisters: Lucille Kopp, Mildred Smith and one grandchild.
