Joe Lyle Offord

Joe Lyle Offord, age 87, of Big Sandy, Tn. passed away July 7, 2015 at Camden Healthcare & Rehab. Mr. Offord was born in Big Sandy, Tn on March 12, 1928 to the late Thomas W. Offord and Lizzie Ozment Offord. He was, also, preceded by one brother. Mr. Offord was a retired Assembly worker with Whites Motor Company. The family chose cremation services.
