Mr. Franks, age 74, of Bath Springs, Tn passed away Sunday, May 17, 2015 at Decatur county Hospital. He was born October 23, 1940 to the late Ralph Quillen Franks and Ella Johnson Franks in Lawrenceburg, Tn. He was a Veteran of the U. S. Navy and a Carpenter. Private service was held Wednesday, May 27, 2015 11:00am at Franks Family Cemetery in Bath Springs, Tn. Oakdale Funeral Home-Decatur County is in charge of arrangements.
