Mr. Jack Thomas Smythia, age 58, of Camden. Tn passed away on December 5, 2014 at the VA Hospital in Nashville, Tn. Mr. Smythia was born March 16, 1956 in Nashville, Tn to the late Marvin Smythia. He was a heavy Equipment Operator with Wiggins Paving and a U.S. Veteran. The family chose cremation. Survivors include: Mother: Dorothy Smythia of Camden,Tn Sister: Patricia Smythia of Camden, Tn One Niece and one nephew Several great nieces & nephews
