Herbert Keith Garner

Mr. Herbert Keith Garner, age 66, of Parsons, Tn. passed away Wednesday, February 19, 2014 at Jackson General Hospital. Mr. Garner was born November 6, 1967 in Griffin GA., to the late David Garner and Patricia Sanders Garner of Parsons, Tn. He was a Roofer. He was, also, preceded in death by one brother Davie Garner. He is survived by one brother Tim Garner of Parsons, two sisters Sonya Smith of MI., Tammy(Tim)Phillips of Parsons, Tn., two nephews: Kenneth Smith and Joshua Smith, one niece: Jamie Phillips. The family chose cremation.
