Mr. Rice was a disable veteran from the Marines. Memorial Service will be Saturday January, 11, 2014 2:00pm in the Chapel of Oakdale Funeral Home-Decatur County with Military Honors. Visitation with the Rice family will be Saturday, January 11, 2014 from 1:00pm until 2:00pm. The family chose cremation.
