Funeral Services for Mr. Skipper, age 56, of Parsons will be conducted Monday, December 3, 2007, at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Oakdale Funeral Home-Decatur County with Bro. Shawn Allred officiating. Interment will follow in Decatur County Memorial Gardens. Oakdale Funeral Home-Decatur County was in charge of arrangements. Mr. Skipper was a Project Coordinator for Tennessee Health Management and had been employed with this company since 1984. HE was of Baptist belief. Mr. Skipper passed away Friday, November 30, 2007 in Camden General Hospital. He is survived by his wife Geri Skipper of Parsons, two sons, Chase Skipper of Bellingham WA, Brad Hopkins and wife LuCindy of Holladay, one daughter Heidi Hawkins and husband Ray of Paris, his parents Douglas and Raye Skipper of Clarksville, two sisters Letitia Kennedy of Lake Forest, CA., Donda Skipper of Atlanta, GA. Other survivors include three grandchildren, Summer Hawkins, Davis Hopkins, Taylor Hopkins. Serving as pallbearers: Brad Waters, Don Derrington, Don Armstrong, Daniel Priddy, Michael Hammond, David Vaughn. Honorary pallbearers: Terry Shephard, Bob Brownyard, James Earl Ivey, Mark Davis.
