FORREST, Tommie, Levene; age 61, of Big Sandy, TN died April 18, 2007 in the St. Thomas Medical Center, Nashville, TN. She was born February 10, 1946 to the late William and Ida Sue Carson Cook. Survivors Include: Husband: Charles Forrest of Big Sandy One Son: Michael (Michelle) Forrest of Wisconsin Two Daughters: Vickie (Tony) French of Big Sandy Theresa (Randy) Spivey of Paris One Brother: Lynn (Peggy) Cook of Big Sandy One Sister: Glenda Lloyd of Big Sandy Eight Grandchildren Ms. Forrest's remains are in the care of Oakdale Funeral Home in Camden where visitation with the family will be Thursday from 5:00-9:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be conducted on Friday, April 20, 2007 at 1:00 PM from the chapel of Oakdale Funeral Home.
