Augusta Jean Sterrett

Augusta Jean Sterrett, 81, of Camden, TN passed away on Sunday, March 5, 2023 at her residence. Mrs. Sterrett was born on October 5, 1941 in Humphreys County Tennessee to the late Jessie Lee Wilson and the late Ida Elizabeth Luffman Wilson. She was also preceded in death by her husband James Sterrett; daughter Deborah Fortner; brothers Jessie Roger Wilson and Terry Lynn Wilson; sisters Margaret Kilburn and Hazel Burns. Mrs. Sterrett was a member of Eva Baptist Church.

Visitation with the family will be on Tuesday, March 7, 2023 from 4:00-9:00 pm and again on Wednesday, March 8, 2023 from 10:00-1:00 pm at Oakdale Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 8, 2023 at 1 PM at Oakdale Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Eddie Martin officiating.

Burial will follow in the Camden City Cemetery.
