Mr. David Lee Woods, age 69 of Camden, TN passed away on Wednesday, July 3, 2019 at his residence. Mr. Woods was born on July 31, 1949 in Cookville, TN to the late Daniel Woods and Ora Parsons Woods.  He was also preceded in death by a sisters Tressie Willis, Mary Agnes Woods and niece Ruth Woods. Mr. Woods was a retired cook with Wendy’s and retired owner of Mutt & Jeff’s Billiards. He was a member of Toles Chapel Trinity Church and a U.S. Army Veteran and purple heart receip

 

Survivors include:

Wife: Nellie Boyd Woods of Camden, TN

Daughters: Nakeysha (Brandon) Woods Boyd of Camden, TN

                  Adrian Woods of Camden, TN

Sister: Mary Boggs of Camden, TN

Grandchildren: Elijah (Amber) Boyd, Nataeah Boyd, Israel Woods

Host of Nieces and Nephews

 

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 10, 2019 at 2 pm at the Oakdale Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mary Skelton and Rev. Thomas Rowsey officiating. Burial will follow in the Cavalry Cemetery.

 

Visitation with the Woods family will be on Wednesday, July 10, 2019 from 11:00-2:00.
