Dickie Oxford

Mr. Ronald “Dickie” Oxford, age 71 of Camden, TN passed away on Wednesday, March 4, 2020 at St. Thomas West Hospital in Nashville, TN. Mr. Oxford was born on February 22, 1949 to the late Agbert Oxford and Viola Love Oxford. He was retired from E. I. DuPont after 30 years. Mr. Oxford was a U.S. Army Veteran and member of the Legend Cruisers Car Club.

Sons: Jason Oxford of Camden, TN

          Tony (Suzanne) Woods of Jackson, TN

Daughters: Amy Roe of Camden, TN

                  Lisa (Eric) Lockridge of Camden, TN

Sisters: Carolyn Littleton of Camden, TN

            Earlene (Dale) Newsom of Camden, TN

Grandchildren: Devhan, Landon, Jaci, Teri Beth, Ryan

Great Grandchildren: Brodie, Piper

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 7, 2020 at 1 PM at the Oakdale Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Gary Greer officiating. Burial will follow in Cowell’s Chapel Cemetery.

Visitation with the Oxford family will be on Friday, March 6, 2020 from 5:00-9:00 pm and again on Saturday, March 7, 2020 from 10:00-1:00 pm.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations to be made to the Benton County Library Literacy Program.
