Dorothy Pratt Odle

Dorothy Pratt Odle, age 96 of Parsons, TN passed away Monday, August 5 at Decatur County Health Care in Parsons, TN. Ms. Odle was born January 3, 1923 in Northford, TN to the late Lowell H. Pratt and Alice Baker Pratt. She was preceded in death by:( father of children) Edward “Rooster”  Odle, one son: Wayne Odle, one daughter: Gloria Ann Odle, son-in-law: Billy Joe Baugus, Sr.,sisters: Georgia Conrad, Ruth Griggs, Willodean Pratt, Martha Brown. She was homemaker and Pentecostal in faith.      

Survivors include:

Daughters: Jane (Dwight) Miller of Sugar Tree, TN

                   Geneva Baugus of Sugar Tree, TN

                    Juda (Dennis) Cordle of Decaturville, TN  

Sons: Jack (Kathy) Odle of Lebanon, IL

          Tommy Odle of Parsons, TN

Daughter-in-law: Linda Odle of Parsons, TN

Step-Daughter: Ann (L. J.)  Cornibe of Slidell, LA

Step-Son: Miles (Joy) Odle of Slidell, LA

Sister: Betty Charette of SugarTree, TN

Grandchildren: Tim Odle, Terry Odle, David Miller, Billy Joe Baugus, Jr, Will Baugus, Adam Baugus, Chris Odle, Missy Odle, Micah Odle, Tracy Hines, Taylor Carroll, Tamara Odle, Mary Pfingsten, Matt Pfingsten.

Funeral Services will be conducted Thursday, August 8, 2019  2:00 PM in the chapel of Oakdale Funeral Home with Dennis Cordle officiating.  Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery.(Cozette Community)   

Visitation with the Odle  family will be Wednesday, August 7, 2019 from 5:00 until 9:00 PM and resume on Thursday, August 8, 2019 and continue until time of service at 2:00 PM.
