Geraldine "Geri" Skipper

Geraldine "Geri" Skipper, 80, of Paris, TN formerly of Decatur County, passed away on Thursday, June 23, 2022 at Henry County Medical Center in Paris, TN. Mrs. Skipper was born on December 25, 1941 in Telluride, CO to the late Harold Bennett and Jewel McGinnis Bennett. She was also preceded in death by her husband Douglas Skipper and sister Karen Beth Frelka. Mrs. Skipper was a retired Compliance Officer with Tennessee Health Management.

Survived by: Daughter: Heidi (Ray) Hawkins of Paris, TN; Son: Brad (LuCindy) Hopkins of Camden, TN; Step Son: Chase Skipper of TN; Brothers: Ron (Pepper) Boyer of Auburn, AL, Clint (Karen Diane) Bennett of Madison, WI, Harold “Bud” (Becky) Bennett Jr. of Littleton, CO; Brother-in-law: Daniel Frelka of Crestone, CO; Grandchildren: Summer (Brandon) Weiher, Davis Hopkins, Taylor Hopkins; Great Grandchildren: Alex Weiher, Drew Weiher

Visitation with the family will be held on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 from 6:00-9:00 pm and again on Wednesday, June 29, 2022 from 9:00-11:00 am at the Oakdale Funeral Home Decatur Co. Chapel.

Private Graveside Services will be held with the family in Decatur County Memorial Gardens.
