Howard Forrest Melton

Mr. Howard Melton, age 77 of Camden, TN passed away on Monday, September 26, 2022 at St. Thomas West Hospital. Mr. Melton was born on April 17, 1945 in Detroit, MI to the late Howard Nelson Melton and Naomi Estell Walker Stockdale. He was also preceded in death by a sister Dawn Hester and brother Ron Melton. He was retired from Camden Castings and Church of Christ in faith.

Survived by his wife of 50 years, Rita Kay Melton; step father Doyle Stockdale of Camden, TN; son Kenneth (Debbie) Melton of Greenville, TN; daughter Jennifer (Jason) Flowers of McEwen, TN; sisters Patricia Melton of Texas, Debra Johnson of Kentucky; grandchildren: Jesse, Kayla, Brandon, Joshua, Skye, Asia, Dalton, Logan; great grandchildren: Baille, Elijah, Hazel, Annabelle, Eliza, Levi

Memorial visitation with the Melton family will be held on Friday, September 30, 2022 from 12:00-2:00 pm at Oakdale Funeral Home.
