Jacky Lewis Cruse

Jacky Lewis Cruse, age 66 of Parsons, TN formerly of Bradenton, FL passed away Wednesday, June 9, 2021, surrounded by his loving family at Westwood HealthCare in Decaturville, TN. He was born August 1, 1954 to the late Leonard Cruse and Jewell Mae Parish Cruse in Decatur County, TN. He was also preceded in death by two brothers: Leon Cruse and Wayne Cruse, three sisters: Lorene Parrish, Carolyn Byrd and Ann Brasher. He was manager of Anna Maria Oyster Bar in Bradenton, FL for several years.
