James "Andy" Andrew Kelley

Mr. James Andrew “Andy” Kelley, 69, of Savannah, TN. passed away on Wednesday, November 24, 2021 at AHC Savannah Healthcare. Mr. Kelley was born on March 3, 1952 in Perry County, TN. He was retired from CoreCivic South Correctional Center after 20 years.

Mother: Mary Imogene Kelley of Parsons, TN

Wife: Virginia Kelley of Savannah, TN

Daughters: Wynona Kelley (Jeffery) Gwin of Waverly, TN

                 Annilie Gail Kelley of Ohio

                 Evanna (Tamesha) Derkach of Nashville, TN

Grandchildren: Brianna Gwin, Dylan Gwin, Madison Gwin, Mikayla Gwin

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, November 27, 2021 at 2 pm at the Lord’s Missionary Baptist Church in Decaturville, TN with Bro. Mark Brewer officiating.

Visitation with the family will be from 1:00-2:00 pm at the Lord’s Missionary Baptist Church.

Oakdale Funeral Home Decatur County is in charge of arrangements.
