Jammie Ray Baugus

Jammie Ray Baugus, 50, of Holladay, TN, passed away on Saturday, March 25, 2023.

Jammie Ray was born on August 13, 1972, to James Noel Baugus, of Holladay, and the late Elizabeth Joyce Melton.

Jammie enjoyed traveling the world while employed as an Iron Worker with Vital Link, Inc. before making his home in Holladay with his wife and children.

He was the owner/operator of Baugus Construction Company and was proud to have his son Jared working by his side.

Jammie was a special person who cared deeply for his family and friends and would always go the extra mile to help in any way he could. If you had an idea, he always had a plan to make it better than you expected.

In addition to his mother, Jammie was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Noel and Mary Baugus, whom he held lovingly in his heart. His maternal grandparents, Aline Grathwell and Wadie Melton, his Father-in Law, David Cerovac, and ‘Daddy’s Girl’ Xena (Mimi).

Jammie is survived by his wife, Stephanie Baugus of Holladay, TN

Mother-in-law: Donna (Larry) Boatwright of Havelock, NC

Sister-in-laws:  Melissa (Shannon) Wilkerson of New Bern, NC                             Heather Cerovac of Havelock, NC

Nieces:  Brianna Cerovac-Brummett and Alissa Provencher

Nephew:  Justice Provencher

Great Nephews:  Denver, Maverick, and Joey

Special Baby: Nero

Visitation with the family will be on Friday, April 14, 2023 from 10:00-12:30 pm at Oakdale Funeral Home.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, April 14, 2023 at 1 PM at Holladay Cemetery.
