Joan Flowers

Joan Kincannon Flowers, age 81, of Camden, TN passed away on Tuesday, July 30, 2024, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital. Mrs. Flowers was born on May 21, 1943, in Westport, TN to the late Willie Adrian Kincannon and the late Bonnie Tucker Kincannon. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Wendell “Red” Carnell Flowers; son, Jessie Flowers; daughter, Jo Ann Melton; stepsons, Joey Flowers, Danny Flowers, David Flowers, and Robert Flowers; and a sister, Carolyn Jowers. Mrs. Flowers retired from Camden General Hospital with 35 years of employment.

Son: Michael (Jennifer) Walker of Wildersville, TN

Daughter: Cindy (Alphonso) Newbern of Medon, TN

Sister: Jane Regep of Illinois

Visitation with the family will be held on Saturday, August 3, 2024, from 11:00-1:00 PM at Oakdale Funeral Home in Camden, TN. 

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 3, 2024, at 1 PM at Oakdale Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Steve Townsend officiating. Burial will follow in the Flatwoods Cemetery in Camden.
