Linda Carolyn Rhodes

Linda Carolyn Rhodes, age 74 of  Decaturville, Tn  passed away Friday, June 25, 2021 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born March 8, 1947 in Decatur County, TN to the late Oscar Aaron and Coma Tucker Aaron. She was also preceded in death by her husband: Granville Edward Rhodes, two sons, Marty Rhodes and Mark Rhodes, two sisters, Allene Bledsoe and Charlotte Aaron. She worked as a guard at Tourney Center and later at CCA in Clifton where she retired.  She attended The Lord’s Missionary Baptist Church.

Survivors include:

Son: Shannon Rhodes of Decaturville, TN        

Brother: James Paul Aaron (Carolyn) of Reagan, TN

              Rob Aaron (Cheryl) of Decaturville, TN  

Sisters: Ada Bell Hancock (David) of Lawrenceburg, TN

             Nellie Swift (Bobby) of Decaturville, TN

Grandchildren: Kayla Bishop, Justin Rhodes

Great Grandchildren: Carson Rhodes, Carter Rhodes, Destine Bishop as well as a host of family and friends.  

Visitation will begin on Monday, June 28, 2021 at Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church at 4:00 p.m. and continue until the time of the service on Tuesday   

Funeral Service will be at Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church on Tuesday, June 29, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. with burial to follow in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery.  

All visitation and service will be at the church.
