Melvin Makowski

Mr. Melvin Caryle Makowski, age 66 of Sugar Tree, Tn passed away Thursday, February 21, 2019 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Huntingdon, TN Mr. Makowski was born January 10, 1953 to the late Frank Makowski and Olive Lindsay Makowski in Mansfield, Ohio. He was also preceded in death by two sisters, Shirley Heinberger, Diane Crawford and two brothers, Frank Jr. Makowski and Dennis Makowski. Mr. Makowski was a Diver and a Veteran of the U.S. Navy.         

Survivors include:

Wife: Wanda Miller Makowski of Sugar Tree, TN

Son: Jason (Shannon) Makowski of Cedar Grove, TN

Sisters: Janice Williams

Granddaughter: Shyanna McFarland

Grandson: Dylan Schaefer

Funeral Services will be conducted Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at 1:00 PM at Oakdale Funeral Home with Pastor Joey Weatherford and Rev. Charles Gregory officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery.   

Visitation with the Makowski family will be Tuesday, February 26, 2019 from 3:00 PM until 10:00 PM and resume on Wednesday at 10:00 AM until service at 1:00 PM
