Moon Moore

Mr. Wilburn “Moon” Moore, age 86 of Camden, TN passed away on Saturday, July 6, 2019 at his residence. Mr. Moore was born on January 25, 1933 in Benton County to the late Henry Clay Moore and Odie Nunnery Moore. Mr. Moore was retired from Conalco, Douglas Trucking and Benton County Board of Education where he worked as a bus driver. He was also a member of the Benton County Farm Bureau and member of Shiloh United Methodist Church.

Survivors include:

Wife: Addie Umstead Moore of Camden, TN

Son: Gary (Donna) Moore of Camden, TN

Daughters: Regina (Jeff) Palmer of Mt. Juliet, TN

                   Tina (Marty) Arnold of Holladay, TN

Grandchildren: Clayton (Kristina) Moore, Emily (Ethan) Lee, Daniel Palmer, Sarah (Scott) Goff, Ethan (Abby) Palmer, Victoria (Hunter) Dye, Tyson Arnold

Five Great Grandchildren: Emerson, Elsie, Isaac, Benson, Wesley

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, July 9, 2019 at 2 pm at the Oakdale Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Marty Arnold, Bro. Jeff Palmer, and Sis. Sylvia Newman officiating. Burial will follow in the Shiloh Cemetery.

Visitation with the Moore family will be held on Monday, July 8, 2019 from 5:00-8:00 pm and again on Tuesday, July 9, 2019 from 10:00-2:00 pm.
