Peggy Ann Oxford, 86, of Camden, Tennessee, peacefully passed away on October 1, 2024, at AHC in Paris, Tennessee. She was born on March 17, 1938, to the late Glynn and Ernestine Watson of Bruceton, Tennessee. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, John Oxford.
A dedicated educator, Mrs. Oxford retired after 33 years with the Benton County Board of Education. She was a member of Camden First United Methodist Church and the Magic Valley Golf Club. Peggy enjoyed a rich variety of hobbies, including reading, golfing, bowling, art, gardening, and traveling. Her gentle, kind, and thoughtful spirit shone through in her many acts of service to others. Peggy’s faith in her Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ remained a cornerstone of her life.

Visitation with the family will be held on Friday, October 4, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 12:45 PM at Oakdale Funeral Home in Camden, Tennessee.
Graveside services will follow at 1:00 PM at Eastview Cemetery in Camden.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to PAWS (Proactive Animal Welfare Society of Camden) or the First United Methodist Church of Camden.
