Rebecca Faith Hollingsworth

Rebecca (Becky) Faith Hollingsworth has gone fishing with her beloved daddy, Clyde Robertson in Heaven. Becky was born in South Bend, Indiana on November 2, 1958 to the late Clyde Robertson and Dorothy Robertson. She was raised in the quiet, riverside town of Saltillo, TN. Growing up she enjoyed horseback riding, cheerleading, basketball and tagging along with her older brother, Mickey Robertson.

She obtained her Associates in Nursing from Union University and became a registered nurse working at Jackson General in labor and delivery. Becky’s compassion and deep love of all things “baby” allowed her to thrive in this environment. It was here that she met her future husband, Dr. Jason Hollingsworth. Determined to marry a farmer (doctors were gone too much) Nurse Robertson did not pay the new resident much attention. In her own words “He just kinda wore me down.”

Once married, they moved to Camden, TN where they opened a family medical practice. Becky had two children she loved dearly, Ashley and Hunter Hollingsworth, along with hundreds more in her eighteen year career as a school nurse with the Benton Co School System.

Becky loved big and believed in helping those around her. Her lasagna and strawberry pies were a treat that brought comfort to many. Her infectious laugh, warm hugs and cheerful spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Visitation with the family will be on Friday, December 2, 2022 from 5:00-8:00 pm and again on Saturday, December 3, 2022 from 10:00-11:00 am at Oakdale Funeral Home in Camden, TN.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 3, 2022 at 11 am at Oakdale Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Randy Reed officiating. Burial will follow in Lebanon Cemetery, Hardin County.
