Roy Harland Sumner

Roy Harland Sumner, age 64 of Decaturville, TN passed away Sunday, December 26, 2021 at his residence.  He was born March 5, 1957 to the late Donald Clinton Sumner and Doris Ann Hebblewhite Sumner in Mt. Clemmens, MT. He was a Life Long Business Owner of Big Don’s Golf Carts and a a Loving Father.
