Vernon Lee Higdon

Vernon Lee Higdon, age 67, of Camden, TN passed away on Friday, June 2, 2023 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital. Mr. Higdon was born on April 5, 1956 in Carroll County TN to the late Edward Higdon and the late Mary Pritchard Higdon. He was also preceded in death by a brother Larry Higdon. Mr. Higdon was a member, deacon and former music leader at Pleasant Ridge Missionary Baptist Church. He was retired from Camden Casting and Vern’s Electric Service.

Brother: James (Debbie) Higdon of Paris, TN

Granddaughter: Lorajane Wall

Visitation with the family will be held on Tuesday, June 6, 2023 from 5:00-8:00 PM and again on Wednesday, June 7, 2023 from 11:00-12:00 PM at Oakdale Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, June 7, 2023 at 12 Noon at Oakdale Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Johnathan Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Camden City Cemetery.
