Mr. William Leslie Hand, age 58 of Holladay, TN passed away on Friday, January 4, 2019 at Jackson General Hospital. Mr. Hand was born on November 12, 1960 in Norfolk, VA to the late Donald Richard Hand and Joyce Elizabeth King.
