William Gary Summers

William Gary Summers, 82, of Camden, TN passed away on Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN. Mr. Summers was born on August 28, 1940 in Old Hickory, TN to the late Wm. Earl Summers and the late Claudia Lee Williams Summers. He was also preceded in death by a brother Edd Summers and a sister Betty Cain. Mr. Summers was a retired insurance adjuster and served four years in the United States Air Force.

Wife: Barbara Jo Beach Summers of Camden, Tn

Son: Brad (Angie) Summers of Camden, TN

Daughter: Chandra Ann (John) Akins of Nashville, TN

Grandchildren: Megan Poole, Chance Summers, Luke Summers, Hannah Summers

Great Grandchildren: Landon, Jaxson, Cheyenne, Beau

Visitation with the family will be on Friday, February 24, 2023 from 11:00-1:00 pm at Camden First United Methodist Church.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, February 24, 2023 at 1 PM at Camden First United Methodist Church with Rev. Adam R. Kelchner officiating. Burial will be at a later date at Eastview Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Cowells Chapel United Methodist Church.
