Tracy was a construction worker and employed by T.V.A., an operating engineer for Union Local #369, belonged to the Masonic Lodge #569 of Parsons, was a Baptist in belief and attended Union Hill Missionary Baptist Church. Bro. Derrick Jowers officiated the service with burial in Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
